On April 9, 2016, the 11th working session of 13th National Assembly of Vietnam had approved the appointment of Mr. Le Minh Hung to be Governor of the State Bank of Vietnam.
Governor Le Minh Hung, Member of 12th - tenure Central Committee of the Communist party of Vietnam (CPV) is a former Deputy Chief of the Office of the CPV Central Committee. Former Governor of the State Bank of Vietnam Nguyen Van Binh, Member of the CPV Politburo has been appointed as Chairman of Economic Commission of the CPV Central Committee.
Today, April 11, 2016, the SBV organized an official Hand out Ceremony for Former Governor Nguyen Van Binh and Governor Le Minh Hung in the SBV headquarter.
